Deliveries and Returns

The delivery of the products is considered made since they are made available to the customer. Together with the products, the corresponding delivery note or invoice will be delivered with the description of the products purchased, being able to be sent to the e-mail provided by the client, as well as information on the right of withdrawal indicated below.

It is the responsibility of the client to verify the adequacy of the products served with respect to the order placed. Any claim regarding the nature or specifications of the products must be made within a maximum of twenty-four hours after delivery.

Within fourteen days, the purchase made may also be withdrawn. However, for such withdrawal to be effective, it will be necessary that, within said period, the items / products purchased unused and without having started them be returned to LalolaGourmet and with their seals and closures totally intact and in perfect condition, as well as boxes or wrappings properly packaged and protected so that they do not suffer any deterioration. The exercise of this right of withdrawal, will only entitle the refund of the amount of the corresponding items / products, but the return costs will always and always be borne by the buyer.
