Orders

Orders placed on our website are considered from the moment of online validation by the buyer. The buyer declares to know and accept the general conditions of sale by confirming his order online.

Prices, Currency, VAT, Tariffs

The prices listed on this website are expressed in £ Pound Sterling and Euros €, the sale price of the products are those in force at the time of placing the order or purchase, are net prices at which the VAT on the item. In the case of the amounts of transport expenses that correspond according to the destination, VAT will also be included. LalolaGourmet reserves the right to modify product rates without prior notice. The update of rates and items in the online store is done every 24 hours

Tariffs, customs clearance, costs and local taxes of countries or communities will be paid at destination by the customer, if any according to the local legislation of each Country or Region.

Shipping

For the amount of transport, several parameters are taken into account, such as the measurements and the weight of the package depending on the items that make up the order or orders. It is also possible that  purchases of several items can be sent in one or more expeditions. Therefore, once the customer has completed his order or order, the system on the page will calculate the amount of the transport.

Shipments will be made through transport companies,but on Saturdays and Holidays there is no delivery.It is very important that the phone number appears in your registration data in order to process the shipment. Deliveries and Returns

The delivery of the products is considered made when they are made available to the customer. Together with the products, the corresponding delivery note or invoice will be delivered with the description of the products purchased, being able to be sent to the e-mail provided by the client, as well as information on the right of withdrawal indicated below.

It is the responsibility of the client to verify the adequacy of the products served with respect to the order placed. Any claim regarding the nature or specifications of the products must be made within a maximum of twenty-four hours after delivery.

Within fourteen days, the purchase made may also be withdrawn. However, for such withdrawal to be effective, it will be necessary that, within said period, the items / products purchased unused and without having started them be returned to LalolaGourmet and with their seals and closures totally intact and in perfect condition, as well as boxes or wrappings properly packaged and protected so that they do not suffer any deterioration. The exercise of this right of withdrawal, will only entitle the refund of the amount of the corresponding items / products, but the return costs will always and always be borne by the buyer. To make your return, you must send an e-mail to the contact address of LalolaGourmet and indicate to which address the items will be sent. Guarantee

Perishable Goods, LalolaGourmet distributes Iberian products and products of the highest quality. If you or the recipient of your order find a defect, we will naturally change the product.

In order to return the product, keep the original packaging, all labels and seals. You must notify us within 14 days of receiving the product in order to change it.

And the exchange is only possible if less than 10% of the total weight of the entire pieces has been consumed (the weight is detailed on the label).

As valid reasons for the complaint, we accept cuts or other injuries to the meat or anything that may make its consumption not recommended for reasons of hygiene. We do not exchange pieces for reasons of taste, amount of fat, salt or pieces that have almost been consumed whole.

Contact us so we can find the easiest way to exchange the product. Before sending the exchange product, we will ask you to send us the defective to verify your complaint. After that, the new product will be sent automatically.

If we discover that the claim is not justified, the article will always be examined by an expert MASTER in tastings in hams or the corresponding product, its decision will be final, and we will return the product to the customer charging the postage both ways. If the customer does not accept this process or we do not receive a response within seven days, we will not keep the product for longer.

 Non-Perishable Items that are subject to the warranty or quality conditions of their respective manufacturers. Generally the warranty extends to two years for non-perishable items, referring only to manufacturing defects. The shipment to the nearest technical service or to our headquarters must be paid and the item must arrive perfectly packed with all its components. We deny all responsibility for damages that may result from misuse of the items or products. The guarantee is not applicable in the following cases: 1- If the instructions have not been followed correctly. 2- If the item has been tampered with. 3- If you have suffered damage due to improper use. 4- If the defects have arisen as a result of power supply failures.
