The best sausage can only be made from some Iberian acorn-fed pigs, bred throughout their life in freedom in the Dehesa. The long walks through the pasture in the tireless search for your favorite delicacy, the acorn, make your meat firm and smooth but at the same time with a large amount of infiltrated fat of the best quality.

Made from the lean parts of these Iberian pigs, their flavor, texture and aroma will leave you surprised. The secret of its quality is in the meat, carefully selected and cleaned after the slaughter, under the expert gaze of our Ham Master. The excellent texture and quality of this meat makes it possible for our sausage to be manufactured without adding any fat from another source. Our sausage only contains the fat infiltrated in the lean itself. A fat like that of Iberian acorn-fed ham, mainly composed of oleic acid from the acorn-based diet, a healthy fat with an incomparable flavor

After more than three months under the expert care, the sausage is ready for consumption! An experience at the height of the best palates!

In pieces format it is whole or average. The weights of the whole loin rods weigh around 1 kg. and the average 0.5 kg. Vacuum packaging allows the piece to be preserved for 12 months as long as it is in a cool place.
