The Acorn-fed Iberian Loin comes from pigs of fifty percent Iberian breed - crossed Iberian - raised in the pastures fed on natural pastures and acorns at the time of the "Montanera".
This cured loin comes from pigs of fifty percent Iberian breed - crossed Iberian - raised in the pastures in semi freedom. The animals graze and live in the field, exercising and feeding naturally, as well as acorns at the time of the "Montanera", so the pieces are classified as Iberian Acorn Loin 50% Iberian Breed.
